They do not know how to find their way in nature: communication, finding food or shelter and protection from predators is something they have not learned.
They would not be accepted in any social group, so their release would be a death sentence.
In their past lives, these animals have acquired unhealthy habits: drinking soft drinks or alcohol, smoking, putting on clothes, brushing teeth, eating inappropriate food and living in confined spaces.
All this leads them to believe that they are human and not primates, and causes serious problems and deformities.
Now we need to re-educate them to behave like monkeys and learn to live with individuals of their own species.

Brits were among those led to safety after three chimps escaped.
A full-scale emergency was declared and police were called in to shoot dead two of the animals after they escaped their enclosure at the popular Oasis Park in Fuerteventura, Canary islands.
Staff unsuccessfully tried to sedate the monkeys with tranquilizer darts and three workers were injured.
The drama unfolded when the rescue chimps called King, Cheeta and Felipa broke free in what park bosses have described as "a result of an incident in the security protocol."
After the tranquillizers had no effect on the monkeys, police had to be called in and two of them were killed.
The third monkey was successfully sedated but experts are now trying to save its life, police said.
Visitors, many of them Brits, were led to safe areas as staff tried to locate the animals who had been at the park for 30 years since it opened.
In a statement the park said: "We thank both our customers and the authorities for their patience and their support, because we really feel sad.
We have lost two chimps, and for us they were like members of our family."
The park was closed for the day following yesterday's incident and is expected to reopen today.
